- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
- 3 scallions, minced
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated cheese (amount as desired)
- English muffins, toasted
Directions

1Butter a 9-inch casserole dish.

2Cut eggs in half, remove yolks.

3Mix yolks with melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ham and scallions.

4Blend until smooth, stuff the mixture into egg halves.

5Arrange egg halves in the buttered dish.

6Melt remaining butter in saucepan, stirring flour to form a paste, and cook 1 to 2 minutes.

7Blend in milk and season with salt and pepper.

8Heat until thickened, pour sauce over eggs and sprinkle with grated cheese.

9Bake at 350° in oven 20 to 25 minutes.

10Serve over toasted English muffins.
