- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- pinch of salt
- 4 egg yolks, well beaten
- 1/4 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar, butter and salt like pie crust, then add egg yolks, sour cream and milk; knead well.

2Roll out about 1/8-inch thick and cut into small squares.

3Put a small amount of filling in center, then fold 2 corners on top, overlapping.

4Brush with egg wash.

5Bake in preheated 400° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
