Ingredients

  • brisket of desired size
  • salt and pepper to one's taste
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. liquid smoke
  • hot sauce
  • 1/2 c. mustard
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Mix all ingredients; pour over meat.

    Place brisket in pan with tight fitting lid or foil.

    Do not open until done.

    Bake for 4 to 6 hours at 275°.

    If using smoker, wrap brisket in heavy foil and cook over grill 4 to 6 hours.
