Ingredients

  • 2 bottles Asian bbq sauce
  • 3 TBS Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Kentucky bourbon sauce
  • to taste soy sauce
  • to taste sorghum syrup
  • to taste cayenne pepper
  • 1 whole duck

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together except the duck.

    Once all is mixed pour over duck in ziplock bag and marinade for 2 days.

    Smoke for 6 hours at 220 degrees.
