  • 2 lb ground pork
  • 2 lb ground ham
  • 1 1/2 packages saltine crackers
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cider vinegar
  • 1 brown sugar
  • 1 yellow mustard

    In a large mixing bowl mix ham pork eggs and crackers

    Form into loaf

    Place in 225smoker or a 350 oven until internal temp of 170 is reached

    While coking ham loaf make a glaze out of cider vinegar mustard and brown sugar.

    Sorry I don't have measurements as I typically just throw things together.

    You want kind of a maple syrup consistency.

    Baste last 30 min with mixture
