- 6 -8 lbs pork shoulder
- 3/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 1/4 cup morton's kosher salt
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons ground ginger powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
Directions

1Rinse pork shoulder in cool water.

2Preheat grill to 225.

3Mix ingredients in to a small bowl.

4Rub ingredients onto the pork shoulder.

5Tie the shoulder up with string (optional).

6Cook the shoulder at 225 for 12-16 hours.
