- 1 shallot, peeled and chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 4 Tbsp. walnut oil
- 2 soft avocados, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 small head lettuce, cut into strips
- 8 to 10 oz. smoked salmon, cut in strips
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp. red peppercorns
Directions

1To make the vinaigrette, mix the shallot, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper together.
