  • salt and pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. walnut oil
  • 2 soft avocados, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 small head lettuce, cut into strips
  • 8 to 10 oz. smoked salmon, cut in strips
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp. red peppercorns
