  • 1 dozen hard boiled eggs
  • 3 lb ground sausage

Directions

    Spilt sausage into 1/4 lb balls

    Peel eggs.

    And wrap each egg with 1/4 pound of sausage.

    Smoke at 250 for Aprox.
  5. 5
    2 hrs or until sausage is cooked thru.

    Serve with horseradish sauce or spicy brown mustard.
