  • 1 lb. zuchinia
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 c. yogurt (plain)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 cloves garlic

Directions

    Wash zuchinia; cut into small pieces.

    Place the pan onto stove.

    Put the zuchinia into the pan.

    Add salt and two cups of water.

    Leave on stove until water boils and the zuchinia gets soft.

    Then beat the garlic.

    Mix garlic and yogurt together and the zuchinia, place into plate, then add parsley on top.
