- 1 lb. zuchinia
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 c. yogurt (plain)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 cloves garlic
Directions

1Wash zuchinia; cut into small pieces.

2Place the pan onto stove.

3Put the zuchinia into the pan.

4Add salt and two cups of water.

5Leave on stove until water boils and the zuchinia gets soft.

6Then beat the garlic.

7Mix garlic and yogurt together and the zuchinia, place into plate, then add parsley on top.
