Directions

   Thaw BACARDI(R) Mixers Strawberry Daiquiri Mix for 10 to 15 minutes.

   Combine BACARDI(R) Mixers Strawberry Daiquiri Mix, BACARDI(R) Torched Cherry and lime juice in a large shaker.

   Shake for 15 to 20 seconds.

   Strain over fresh ice into a tiki collins glass.

   Top with soda and four dashes of bitters.

   Garnish with strawberry and lime wheel.

   Tip from our Mixologist: Try this recipe with egg whites to add a foamy texture and body to the drink. After step one, emulsify two egg whites by shaking them alone in shaker for 30-45 seconds. Then continue on with steps two through six.
