- 2 c. finely crushed pretzels
- 3/4 c. melted margarine
- 1/3 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. sliced frozen strawberries, thawed
- 2 c. boiling water
Directions

1Combine pretzels, margarine and 1/3 cup sugar.

2Press onto bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

3Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool.

4Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and egg.

5Mix until well blended.

6Fold in whipped topping.

7Spread over crust.

8Chill. Dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water.

9Add strawberries. Chill until partly set.

10Pour over cream cheese layer.

11Chill until firm.
