  • 2/3 c. pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. bottled liquid smoke
  • 8 oz. turkey frankfurters, cut into 48 pieces

Directions

    In saucepan, mix pineapple juice and cornstarch; add other ingredients except franks.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture boils and thickens.

    Add franks and cook until heated through, 3 to 4 minutes.
