- 12 medium potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook and mash potatoes.

2Add cheese in small pieces and then butter.

3Beat well.

4Add sour cream.

5Beat eggs into milk and onions.

6Add to potatoes and beat until fluffy.

7Pour into greased casserole and refrigerate overnight.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes (uncovered) until light brown.
