  • 8 tenderloins
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 1 pack of mushrooms
  • 1 sweet baby rays hickory&brown sugar bbq
  • 1 half cup oil
  • 2 cup of cheese
  • 1 salt and pepper as much as desired
  • 1 1/2 cup of bacon bits

Directions

    First Set oven to 350.

    Then Fry chicken tenderloins in half cup of oil until fully cooked

    Rinse onions and mushrooms.

    Take stem out from mushrooms and cut the top half in 4 pieces.

    Cut onion in small pieces.

    Put in light oil saute with salt and pepper.

    Once chicken and veggie are done put chicken in a pan then add veggies on top.

    Add BBQ sauce bacon bits and cheese.

    When you have added everything put in oven for 15 minutes then turn oven off and let it sit for 5 minutes

    Serve and enjoy I cooked steamed broccoli with Velveeta cheese and cheesy mashed potatoes as my sides.
