  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup chopped fresh fruit, such as blueberries, raspberries, and cantaloupe

Directions

    Process the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

    Pour into four 1/2-cup ice-pop molds and insert wooden sticks.
