Ingredients

  • 2 c. fruit (fresh, canned or even applesauce)
  • 2 to 3 c. ice cubes
  • sugar to taste
  • water (if needed)

Directions

    Put 2 cups fruit (ex. strawberries) in blender.

    Chop until pureed.

    Add 2 to 3 cups ice cubes.

    Blend until ice is slushy. Add sugar to taste.

    Blend again.

    Pour into tall glass.

    Try peaches, pineapple, watermelon or even applesauce.
