- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. any dry wine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning (optional)
- 1 soup can water
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a heavy roasting pan, preferably cast-iron.

2Cover; bake at 350° for 2 hours.

3Check after 1 hour to see if more water is needed.
