- 1 small head cabbage
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 3 carrots, peeled
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
Directions

1Peel off tough green outer leaves of cabbage.

2Cut cabbage in half and take out core.

3Slice thinly.

4Julienne onion; cut carrot in 1/2 the long way and slice thinly on the width.

5Heat oil in a large skillet.

6Toss the cabbage, onion and carrots in the oil. Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

7After about 15 or 20 minutes, add the chopped garlic and season with salt and pepper.
