- chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
- 8 oz. pkg. fresh mushrooms
- sliced onions
- butter
- Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Cook chicken breasts in skillet or on grill (best this way). In a large skillet, saute onions and mushrooms in small amount of butter until tender.

2Tear cooled chicken into bite-size pieces; put in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

3Cover with onions and mushrooms.

4Next, cover with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.

5Bake until cheese is melted and heated thoroughly. Good served with long grain and wild rice.
