- 6 lean pork chops
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- paprika (sprinkle to taste)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Saute pork chops in skillet until brown.

2Arrange in baking dish.

3Sprinkle flour, paprika, salt and pepper over chops. Combine soup, water, sour cream, onions and parsley in bowl.

4Pour over chops.

5Cover.

6Bake at 350° for one hour or until tender. Uncover.

7Bake for 5 minutes longer.

8Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
