  • 8 porkchops bone in
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 6 clove garlic
  • 1 cup sr flour
  • 1 1/2 stick butter
  • 6 cup water

    Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit

    Heat oil in pan.

    Slice the garlic and fry in oil
  4. 4
    Add porkchops and fry in oil.

    Put the chops in a pan and bake till done.

    In the pan add butter, and melt.

    Add flour and stir till oil and flour is incorporated.

    Add water stirring constantly till it become a gravy consistency.

    Add salt cover set aside.

    When the porkchops are done add to gravy heat and incorporate well.

    Let sit covered 15 minutes off heat.
