- 8 porkchops bone in
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 6 clove garlic
- 1 cup sr flour
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 6 cup water
Directions

1Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit

2Heat oil in pan.

3Slice the garlic and fry in oil

4Add porkchops and fry in oil.

5Put the chops in a pan and bake till done.

6In the pan add butter, and melt.

7Add flour and stir till oil and flour is incorporated.

8Add water stirring constantly till it become a gravy consistency.

9Add salt cover set aside.

10When the porkchops are done add to gravy heat and incorporate well.

11Let sit covered 15 minutes off heat.
