Ingredients
- 2 medium baking potatoes
- 2 skinless, deboned chicken breasts
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Wrap potatoes in foil without oil.

2Bake potatoes in oven for 2 to 3 hours at 350° or until done.

3Chop chicken into 1/2 inch cubes, more or less.

4Stir-fry chicken in nonstick pan with sprinkling of salt.

5Do not use any oil or nonstick spray.

6(It will work, I promise you.)

7Dilute soup with 1/2 can water and heat as usual.

8When potatoes are done take them out and roll until soften, before unwrapping.

9Then remove foil and break potatoes open, scatter chicken on potatoes and cover with soup.
