  • 1 prepared pie crust or graham crust
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach jello
  • 5 large ripe peaches (2 1/4 lb.)
  • 1/3 c. orange juice
  • topping or heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. 4x sugar

Directions

    In saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.

    Stir in water. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; cook 1 minute.

    Stir in jello until dissolved.

    Cool to room temperature until slightly thickened, but not firm.

    If it sets up, carefully reheat.
