  • 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 34 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallow
  • 12 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 14 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted

    In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; beat in egg until light and fluffy.

    In another bowl, combine buttermilk and vanilla.

    Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk mixture; mix well.
