- 3 3/4 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 1/3 c. chilled Carnation evaporated milk
- 2/3 c. cold water
- 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple (8 oz. can)
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in a quart jar.

2Seal tightly and shake until well blended.

3Add pineapple.

4Cover and blend together.

5Chill.

6Serve over leftover cake, gingerbread, etc.
