  • Pinch salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 leaves spinach
  • 2 shrimp, shelled

  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 butter

    To prepare the snapper: De-bone and fillet the snapper and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
