- 2 3/4 c. water
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 2 potatoes, pared and cubed
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 c. cubed cooked beef
- 2 oz. cheese, shredded
Directions

1In saucepan, heat the 2 3/4 cups water to boiling.

2Add soup mix, potatoes and frozen vegetables.

3Cover and cook until vegetables are tender.

4Mix flour and the 1/4 cup water.

5Stir into vegetable mixture.

6Cook until slightly thickened.

7Add meat; heat thoroughly.

8Transfer to serving bowls.

9Sprinkle with cheese.
