- 9 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 4 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of white pepper
- 1/2 c. (7) crushed saltine crackers
- 4 tsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Cook carrots in a small amount of salted water until tender. Drain and place carrots in a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish. Combine mayonnaise, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper.

2Stir into carrots.

3Mix crushed crackers with butter.

4Sprinkle on carrots.

5Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

6This may be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated.
