- 2 cans (4 oz. each) green chilies
- 1 lb. grated mellow Cheddar cheese
- 7 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1 qt. milk
- salt
Directions

1Butter a large shallow baking dish. Split and seed chilies (I use the mild ones) and spread flat in bottom of dish.

2Cover chilies with cheese.

3In a large bowl, beat eggs and add Bisquick and milk.

4Beat well with mixer.

5Pour egg mixture over peppers and cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

6Serves 8.
