- 1 c. tomato pieces
- 1/2 c. celery chunks
- 1/2 c. carrot chunks
- 2 tsp. fresh parsley
- 1/2 c. green pepper chunks
- 1/2 c. cucumber chunks
- 1/4 c. onions
- 1 tsp. chives
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 2 to 3 c. Snap-E-Tom cocktail juice to taste
Directions

1Chop all the vegetables in food processor until of consistency you like.

2Combine with the other ingredients.

3Cover and chill thoroughly, at least 4 hours if possible.
