Ingredients

  • 1 c. tomato pieces
  • 1/2 c. celery chunks
  • 1/2 c. carrot chunks
  • 2 tsp. fresh parsley
  • 1/2 c. green pepper chunks
  • 1/2 c. cucumber chunks
  • 1/4 c. onions
  • 1 tsp. chives
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
  • 2 to 3 c. Snap-E-Tom cocktail juice to taste

    Chop all the vegetables in food processor until of consistency you like.

    Combine with the other ingredients.

    Cover and chill thoroughly, at least 4 hours if possible.

    Keeps well in refrigerator for days.
