- 34 cup frozen Baby Spinach
- 12 cup frozen squash
- 12 cup frozen green beans
- 34 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 (26 1/2 ounce) can five-cheese spaghetti sauce
- 14 ounces whole grain pasta or 14 ounces regular angel hair pasta
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2Drain, and set aside.

3Put all frozen vegetables in a medium, microwave-safe bowl, cover with water, and heat on high for 3 minutes, or until soft.

4With blade attachment, process thawed vegetables until minced (not pureed).

5Pour minced vegetables and sauce into an 11x7 baking dish, and mix in the parmesan cheese.

6Dump cooked pasta into the sauce mixture, and stir until pasta is evenly mixed into the sauce.

7Top with mozzarella.

8Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

9Let cool for 20 minutes before serving so that the sauce sets (makes it easier for little people to eat it).
