   In a bowl, Cream softened butter and sugars together on high until mixed well.

   mix eggs and vanilla in a desperate bowl, beat until well.

   Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.

   Combine all ingredients into one bowl, mix until dough-like is formed.

   Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

   place dough into freezer for 15 mins to set.

   mix cinnamon and sugar for topping.

   Take out dough and roll it into topping mixture.

   Place into a pan and press down until pan is completely filled.

    Place in the oven for 25 mins, check every 10 mins.

    pull out when top is brown and middle is gooey: it should seem underdone don't worry it will finish cooking when it sets.
