- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 1 c. butter
- 1 3/4 c. sugar, divided
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Directions

1On wax paper, stir together flour and baking powder; set aside.

2In large pan, melt butter.

3Remove from heat; stir in 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs until smooth.

4Gradually stir in flour mixture until a smooth dough forms.

5Cover tight and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 3 days.

6Mix rest of sugar and cinnamon on wax paper.

7Roll dough into balls by a teaspoon and roll in mix.

8Bake at 375° on nonstick cookie sheet for 8 to 12 minutes.
