• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
• 2 eggs
• 2 2/3 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. cream of tartar
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
