  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 3/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix shortening, margarine, sugar and eggs.

    Add dry ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls. Roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.

    Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.
