- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Cream

31 1/2 cups sugar with margarine. Add eggs.

4Sift flour, cream of tartar, salt and baking soda.

5Add sifted ingredients to egg mixture.

6Chill.

7Form into balls and roll them in nutmeg mixed with 2 tablespoons of sugar.

8Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
