  • 1 c. oleo
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 2 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Cream the oleo and sugar until light.

    Beat in eggs.

    Sift dry ingredients together.

    Add oleo and sugar; mix well.

    Chill, if desired.

    Form into 1-inch balls and roll in 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.

    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400° for 12 minutes (possibly 10); remove immediately.
