- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. regular margarine
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. cinnamon and sugar
Directions

1Sift together the flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt; set aside.

2At medium speed, blend the margarine, shortening and 1 1/2 cups sugar until fluffy.

3Add eggs, one at a time; blend well after each.

4Add vanilla; blend well.

5Gradually stir dry ingredients into creamed mixture with spoon.

6Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.

7Bake on ungreased sheet in a 400° oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
