- 1 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Cream margarine and 1 1/2 cups sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.

2Stir together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.

3Stir into creamed mixture.

4Cover bowl and chill overnight or at least 2 hours.

5Shape into walnut-sized balls. Roll in mixture of cinnamon and sugar.

6Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

7Bake at 375° for 8 minutes or until light brown.

8Makes 3 dozen.
