  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 13 teaspoon maple flavoring
  • 2 34 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

    Blend and cream well the shortening, sugar, eggs, and flavorings.

    Sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda, and salt.
