  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon

    Mix butter, shortening, sugar and eggs. Blend in separate bowl the flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Mix into butter mixture.
