- 1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. caramels
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 c. pecans
- 1/3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix cake mix according to directions on box, then pour 1/2 of cake mix into 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

3Melt package of caramels with milk until soft.

4Pour over cooked half of cake.

5Then sprinkle chocolate chips over caramels, then 1 cup nuts over chocolate chips.

6Pour remaining cake mix over top. Make sure edges are covered.

7Bake at 250° for 20 minutes, then at 350° for 10 minutes.
