  • 1 c. margarine
  • 3/4 c. chocolate chips
  • 3/4 c. walnuts

    Melt caramels, milk and butter.

    Pour over cake.

    Add chocolate chips and walnuts.

    Pour remaining batter over cake and bake at 250° for 20 minutes and 350° for 10 minutes.
