  • 2 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 4 pkg. Dream Whip
  • 1 can pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 large angel food cake

Directions

    Mix Jell-O in 4 tablespoons ice water.

    Add one cup boiling water, salt and pineapple juice.

    Set in refrigerator until it begins to thicken.

    Put 2 packages of Dream Whip into mix.

    Pinch cake into small bits.

    Pour into Jell-O mix.

    Spread pineapple on. (Nuts may be added, if you desire.)

    Spread remaining Dream Whip on top, with coconut.
