  • 4 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 small boxes Dream Whip, whipped
  • 1 large angel food cake, broken into small pieces

    Dissolve gelatine in cold water.

    Add boiling water.

    Add pineapple, sugar, salt and lemon juice.

    Mix well.

    Put in refrigerator to cool.

    When partly jelled, add Dream Whip.
