  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 regular can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can shredded coconut
  • 1 c. pecan pieces
  • 1 pkg. vanilla wafers
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • maraschino cherries
  • crushed nuts

Directions

    Cream first 3 ingredients.

    Add pineapple, coconut and pecan pieces.

    Break, but don't crush wafers and layer with mixture in large loaf cake pan.

    Top with Cool Whip.

    Decorate with cherries and crushed nuts.

    Refrigerate.
