  • 3 envelopes Knox gelatine
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 3 regular size pkg. Dream Whip topping
  • 1 large angel food cake
  • 1 pkg. frozen coconut
  • maraschino cherries

Directions

    Soften gelatine in cold water 5 minutes.

    Add hot water and stir until gelatine dissolves.
  3. 3
    Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple. Stir well.

    Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
