Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
  • 24 prepared unfrosted cupcakes
  • 3 (7 oz. each) pkg. flaked coconut (about 8 c.)
  • 2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted (optional)

Directions

    Beat the cream cheese, sugar and milk in a large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping.

    Hold cupcakes, top side down, in palm of hand. Spread whipped topping mixture on bottom and sides. Press coconut onto frosting.

    Place cupcakes, top side down, on serving platter.

    Drizzle with melted chocolate. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

    Store leftovers in refrigerator.

    Makes 24 snowballs.
