  • 1 1/2 c. pecan bits
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 large Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 large and 1 small instant chocolate pudding (or 3 small)
  • 4 c. milk
  • another 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
  • 1/2 grated chocolate bar

Directions

    Mix flour, pecans and melted butter together.

    Spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350°.

    Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip together.

    Spread on top of flour layer.

    Mix pudding, use only 4 cups milk.

    Spread on top of cream cheese layer.
  7. 7
    Spread Cool Whip on top of pudding. Grate chocolate bar on top.
