- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried apricots (1 1/3 c.)
- 1/2 c. stick margarine or butter
- 2 1/2 c. baking mix
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 c. baking mix
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Place apricots in 2-quart saucepan; add enough water to cover. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.

2Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes; drain.

3Cool.

4Chop and reserve.

5Heat oven to 350°.

6Cut margarine into granulated sugar and 2 1/2 cups baking mix until crumbly.

7Pat into ungreased jelly roll pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch).

8Bake for 10 minutes.
